On Tuesday 11th May the junior syndicate went to Redwood Ave to assess how much the students had learned about road safety. The results were very positive. Each year 2 student was paired with a Room 1 or Room 2 student. On Redwood Ave the students were questioned as to why we had come up to the road and the pedestrian crossing. Brey was able to say we there because we were learning how to cross the road safely by stopping, looking and listening. We then gave some examples of how to cross and how not to cross and the students had to indicate what was correct and what was not. Crossing was very positive. Anastasia showed how responsible she is as a car was coming and she put her hand across Faith and asked her to step back from the edge. Well done Anastasia. Everyone in the syndicate passed with golden stars. Well done to you all.
